Cannot import files into bluebeam

If you're having trouble viewing icons on the website or importing files into bluebeam, it could be that Internet Explorer is configured to not save encrypted pages to disk.  In order to correct this follow the instructions below:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click "Tools > Internet Options"
  3. Click the "Advanced" tab
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the list, under the "Security" heading uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk"
  5. Click Apply
  6. Click OK
  7. Try importing into bluebeam again.
