Operating Instructions
· Open the pdf document
· Stamp the pdf document on any page that you want
the stamp to appear. Regular stamps, custom stamps, dynamic stamps, and
custom dynamic stamps may be used. If applicable, resize the stamp,
reposition the stamp on the page, rotate the stamp, set the opacity of the
stamp. These settings will be used when the stamp is replicated on other
pages.
· Select the stamp by clicking on it to highlight
it in blue as seen in the image below:

· Click on the stamp tool.
In Acrobat & Reader DC
you can find the stamp tool by clicking Tools > Add-on Tools. Then look for the batch stamp tool in the middle of the toolbar:

In Acrobat & Reader XI and lower
Right click the toolbar and make sure Add-on
Tools is selected. For Reader, the tool button should be visible under
the Extended tab.

· With a stamp selected, click the batch stamp
tool. The following image resembles the popup window:

· There are four choices which can be selected
with radio buttons. The image above is from a 83 page pdf currently on
page 40. Descriptions of each choice follow.
o Apply selected stamp to all pages - This choice is selected by default. When
okay is clicked it will apply the stamp to every page of the document,
excluding the page in which the stamp has been selected so as not to duplicate
the stamp on the same page.
o Apply selected stamp to pages - This choice will apply the stamp to every page
from the current page to the last page, excluding the page in which the stamp
has been selected so as not to duplicate the stamp on the same page. The
page range is displayed in the description.
o Apply selected stamp to pages X to Y - This choice will enable the two input fields
which are disabled by default and apply the stamp to every page in the page
range, excluding the page in which the stamp has been selected so as not to
duplicate the stamp on the same page.
o Delete all stamps that are the same as the
selected stamp - This choice is for
deleting multiple stamps placed in error. It will delete all stamps that
are the same as the selected stamp, excluding the selected stamp.
· It is recommended that all pages in the page
range be the same size and rotation as the page on which the original stamp is
placed in order to avoid incorrect positioning or stamps being placed outside
of the page boundaries.
