This article provides instructions on how to configure your viewer preferences for plan review.
1. Open any document and then right click the page and select "Page Display Preferences".
2. Click on the "Documents" category and make sure that "View documents in PDF/A mode" is set to "Never". If this is not set to "Never", documents that are uploaded as PDF/A (Archive Format) will not support commenting and results in the commenting toolbar will be disabled or "Greyed-Out".
3. Next click on the "Identity" category and confirm that your identity is accurate. This is the information that is made available to other reviewers.
4. Next click on the "Tracker" category and set "Automatically Check for New Comments and Form Data" to "Never" AND set Suspend the Check for New Comments and Form Data" to "After 30 days of inactivity".
